Shipping & Returns

We are committed to your satisfaction. Returns or exchanges are permitted provided the customer has purchased the product through our mail order, call center, or website and it is within 15 days of the invoice date.

Before returning goods, please contact us back to the problems you are having with 90% of the time we are able to sort out the problem without having to send something again.

Redemption guarantee

All items returned to us must not be attached in their original condition, changed or washed, with all tags. Dirty items will be returned to the customer, without evaluation.

All returned goods must be the delivery address, which we will send e-mail. As soon as we get the item, we will request your exchange item to you back without additional postage.

Once we receive your return, please allow up to 5 working days for your return or exchange to complete.

Stock exchanges

We will accept the exchange for a wrong size or color within 15 days after the original invoice date. Please contact us with your order ID and a member of our team will help you.If you want to exchange items to a different style, you can return your items for a refund (upon return) and make a new order for the style you want prefer.

You must contact us before sending the items back. All items returned to us must not be attached in their original condition, changed or washed, with all tags. Worn or dirty items will be returned to you.

We have not covered the transportation cost of the exchange, you will be responsible for the return and for the shipping cost of the exchanged items will be shipped back to you. We recommend you add tracking and insurance if items are sent to us for your own safety because we are not responsible for lost shipments. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable.

Order steps

The cancellation of an order must be requested before the order is dispatched. Because we assign all orders as quickly as possible within 24-48 hours after processing of orders, we are not always able to cancel an order after it is placed. I hope that you understand in this important point. Cancellation requests sent after the order will be treated in accordance with our return policy.
